The stagiaires we hire have varied skill sets, backgrounds and interests. There is no mold. Instead we look at the entire package, choosing unique individuals who are intelligent, well-rounded and motivated to learn. What all of our stagiaires and lawyers have in common is a passion for the law and a desire to work in a dynamic environment where the emphasis is on teamwork.
Our stagiaires and lawyers have a wide range of personal interests and passions. Many are actively involved in community and not-for-profit activities, teaching, sitting on boards and actively managing events, educational campaigns or fund-raising activities. Others have a passion for the arts, running marathons, sailing or climbing mountains. These outside interests are as important as academic achievement.
